Canoe Paddles Terrorist Threat? Yep

Canoe Paddles - Photo Credit: BoatmikAccording to a recently published list by The European Commission, Canoe Paddles are listed as a potential tool of the enemy and this banned from planes.

Of course nobody knew this as the list was top secret and not available publicly. It's only seeing the light of day because of the European Union's Court of Justice felt it was ridiculous to have a list which the public could not access.

To me, canoeing has become even cooler knowing that my canoe paddle could be stolen and used as a weapon at any time. Who knew?

When asked to comment, the local terrorists down at the harbour said they were not interested in kayak paddles as they like the feel of natural wood in their hands when doing their evil deeds...
