Sunglasses Tape by Azumi & David

For years now, my biggest complaint about getting out on the water or even going outside is that my kit is too heavy. I'm looking for ways to cut down on the weight all the time. I already cut my toothbrush handle off and even went back to a canoe paddle in my kayak because it is only half as long as a regular kayak paddle.

MorpheusNow that I'm back in the featherweight kayaking class, I'm starting to finally get serious about weight reduction. The last major hurdle has been my sunglasses. First I thought of busting off the arms and going at it armless aka Morpheus from the Matrix but I didn't want my wife to leave me. Then I decided to bust out the lenses and just go with the frames but sadly that just left me with really bad tan lines that took to much explanation Monday morning at work.

Behold the solution for those gram savers! Keep an eye out at your local high fashion boutique this spring because sun glasses tape is going to be all the rage! I see it sweeping the nation. Just don't get it wet because I heard that the adhesive doesn't work well in damp conditions...
