Back from vacation and home to a death threat!

Myrtle Beach

We got back from vacation yesterday and it's taking a bit to get caught up with all my emails and such.

We took a little road trip down to the mini-put capital of North America, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

It was a pile of fun sitting by the pool and walking along the beach along with several rounds of Pirate/Mermaid themed mini-put with the kids thrown in for good measure.

I didn't take down the boat as it would have been quite a haul but that was ok as there was only minimal surf out front of our beach.

While I was gone, there was lots of action on the site. As you probably read, a post I made a while ago seemed to generate a pile of interest out of nowhere. The post was related to a concern that I had over a posting on this page.

The whole thing spun out of control leading to a death threat against me by a passionate reader. For the record, the threat never came from anybody directly related to the outfitter itself.

So, with that in mind, I have taken down the posting as well as all the corresponding comments. The personal threats received have been passed along to the appropriate authorities for investigation.
