Site Updates and Bug Squishing

Monday, 01 September 2008
This weekend has been a full weekend of working away on the backend of the site. We have updated the forum and just testing it now to make sure that everything is working fine. We will post a note when it gets back online. Look for it in a day or two.

We have also been slowly converting over the Free Teaching Resources over to a new download manager. The big change that you will notice is that the layout is much cleaner and should be easier to navigate through. Be patient, converting each file over to the new system is slow and with almost 190 documents available, it's going to take some time. I think the wait will be worth it.

What else is going on? I just discovered that instructor profile avatars (images) didn't get transferred over to the new site so that just got fixed. If you are logged in, you can update your profile and upload a new one; replacing the boring stock graphic that gets assigned when you sign-up.
