Worst Christmas song ever!

Tuesday, 19 December 2006

My wife just gave me the good news so I had to go out and confirm it on, "The Internets". A recent poll announcing the winner of the worst Christmas song ever. I was delighted to read that the Paul McCartney song, "Simply Having A Wonderful Christmas Time" was the winner for the second straight year.

I recently had a conversation with a friend from work where he was discussing how Paul McCartney was the best song writer ever. I said that could be the case except that he wrote, "Simply Having A Wonderful Christmas Time". I argued that with that song on his resume, he slips way down to probably number 2. Right behind James Horner who wrote, "My Heart will Go On" sung by Celine Dion from the Titanic Soundtrack. No that is the best song ever! (Listen for the Sarcasm)  :)
