SUP Introduction to forward paddling lesson plan.

This is the “travelling” stroke which allows the paddler to cover ground, avoid hazards, and catch waves. The underlying objective is to be able to paddle in a straight line with the least amount of effort. This requires efficient use of the boat, body, and blade.
